Street Culinary | My Favourite Delicious Biryani Stall

^{Favourite Delicious Biryani and Me}

It was the time just before the holy month of Ramadan when I visited this place.

^{Way to Biryani Stall}

I went university to attend my class. And that day suddenly the cold increased a lot. After having my lectures I was ready to go home. But I was feeling hungry as well.

^{Biryani Serving Point}

In order to wipe out my hunger I reached my favourite stall of biryani. I saw there was a great rush of students there. They were eating the appetizing biryani. Everyone was finding its seat to sit there and enjoy the delicious biryani. It is a good thing of that biryani stall that they serve biryani on the tables. We can also get packed boxes of biryani to eat anywhere.

So it is the stall of my favourite biryani. The biryani seller was very busy in filling the biryani plates and filling the biryani boxes. The serving method is very hygienic and easy. I can get biryani simply by going there and ordering. We can also get it by sitting in the chair and the waiter comes to get the order.

But I w not to him by myself to capture some pictures of the biryani container. So he took the container lid off. The biryani was fresh and the warm waves were blooming out. The delicious odour spread all around.

Many customers were waiting for their biryani. So the seller started working speedily. He was filling the chicken biryani plates with great speed. And some rice fell on the lid of the biryani container. He used good quality rice for the chicken biryani. And there are rice of different colours in the biryani.

I order half plate of chicken biryani. They serve this biryani in the plastic plates with a disposable spoon. Each plate has a piece of chicken whether it is full or half. They give raita and vegetable salad with the biryani. It adds more taste to the biryani.

So guys my plate of biryani was in front of me. The appetizing odour was mouth watering. I could not wait anymore to eat my biryani. So I started eating my favourite delicious biryani. I often eat biryani from here with my friends and my special favourite person.
