Mini Crypto Program Part 2 ||" How Psychology Influences Market Cycles" , || 10% of the payout to @steem.education

FOMO

FOMO is an abbreviation that means fear of missing out. This term is used to express the pressure you might feel if you don't take immediate action on trading decisions. The idea behind this is that any delay will cause you to miss an opportunity.
For example, if you see a coin that you cannot guarantee and is increasing in value, you may get FOMO. The rise of this green line is enough to keep a pair on alert, thus forming a competition to buy coins, which is obviously getting more and more expensive. Fear of missing the next great success, a coin that everyone needs , or disappointment with the seller may be the main inspiration for appreciating the product range.

FUD

FUD is also an abbreviation of the three words Fear, Uncertainly and Doubt. This type of FUD usually happens to most of the market users as you can never be sure when the market price will go up or up.
This is usually a stage where the rapid decline in market prices means that users cannot be certain or certain that at an appropriate time they will go up or up and sell their assets. Sometimes this is also due to impatience; as market prices start to drop and users lose money, some users may choose to sell other people instead of everything and may lose a lot. To explain this with a diagram, let's look at the diagram below.

Judging from the market chart of the rapid decline in the market above, this may cause market users to sell all their assets because they are worried or uncertain that market prices may continue to fall instead of rising. This means that users have lost a lot of money in this FUD cycle.

WHERE FOMO OCCURS

Likewise, as is on the surface printed in the image above, it began to happen when the green line keeps climbing. The value of the specific currency continues to increase, which gives an extraordinary fear of approving a great opportunity to approve backup Financials who should not participate in putting together resources in the specific currency.

EXPLAIN WHERE FUD OCCUR

As showed in the the picture above, FUD occurred when the red lights starts falling. When this happens, the value of the specific currency starts to decrease thereby rising suspicious uncertainty of backup financials or traders on whether to sell out or keep their coins.

Choose the 2 cryptocurrencies you want, then use the graph of the 2 cryptocurrencies to explain where FOMO and FUD occur! (Need screenshots)

In this particular application, I will first use Ethereum / USDT and Bitcoin / USDT to explain the FOMO and FUD period of the market cycle.

I will first like to talk about Ethereum/USDT.

As in the picture about, Ethereum first FOMO started occurring in late July which kept climbing up until August the where FUD occurred. After a while, there was another start of FOMO. This can actually cause a lot of concern among traders as the FUD is showing up recently before starting again, so it would be very helpful to find out that it's best to be patient when to sell or stop while running.

In addition, as is in the image above, the first FOMO of Bitcoin began to occur in the first period of July, which continued to pass until the beginning of August 2021. Then FUD later occur. And then another little FOMO in the same month. This can increase the sense of fear of merchants and traders. While FUD continues to occur lately, before it appears today, so it is better to be patient in the trader of Bitcoin since it is the highest cryptographic currency

CONCLUSION

People recognize that FOMO and FUD are the passion stages in the trading cycle and must be a screen with incredible impact. As a beginner, you may be afraid of buying or selling, but being vigilant can prepare for better choices. Check the market’s FOMO or FUD to avoid sharing misfortune in their transactions.
