I'm confused. It would be great if someone of more experienced Steemians could explain it to me, please

If there is almost 2 million SP delegated every 18 days, why there is only a bit over 1 000 Steemians with effective SP over 5k and a bit over 260 Steemians with SP 50k+?
Is it because majority use bots like upvu or nutbox.mine? Does it have negative influence on steemit structure and value?

Surely, part of SP is delegated to the communities but even the strongest communities have only a bit over 100k SP which means majority of delegations goes somewhere else.
