In my opinion both teamwork and individual work is preferable because each of them has their advantage and disadvantage in a specific task, or project.
Why I say so is because I have some ideas of both teamwork and individual work and here are the ideas of teamwork and individual work.
✅ What is the difference between teamwork and individual work?
Teamwork
Teamwork enhance the coming together of individuals with many ideas, experience, and solution to problems
Individual work
Individual work has all the authority towards all his work and activities and also has power over all decision making
✅ Which is more progressive between teamwork and individual work?
Team work
Team work progresses in all their endeavours because there is no distractions from team and also they keep more focus on their task. And also individual can make their own decisions very fast without consulting any individual.
Individual work
Individual work also progresses by greater decision making from each individual and deferent ideas from each of them so it leads to a very good solution and also result.

My opinion is that team work and individual work has their disadvantages so both teamwork and individual work is good in some perspective and also bad in some perspective.

Team work disadvantage occurs when misunderstanding of communications problem begins and it leads to work delay, queries, fights and also disagreement.
Individual work
Individual work disadvantages occurs when the individual has plenty of work so in that he will miss out in deferent perspective and ideas that team work will be able to do without stress. And also with team to share task with individual will be over stressed with work and also individual may have less support financially.
In conclusion I will say in my own opinion that I can't tell which one is better among team work and individual work but each of them has their advantage and disadvantage thanks for reading my post
