The dairy game/ 02-06-2023/ A busy work day

It's another beautiful day to share the day's activity with my esteemed steemians.

It was morning already, so I had to get ready for work immediately. Unfortunately, I woke up really late and hence breakfast wasn't possible. It's a bad idea, I know. I just had no choice.

I hurried to freshen up, dressed up and ready to move. It was a very busy morning in my locality. Everyone is rushing out to catch up on their different schedules and appointments.

I managed to get to where I'd find a tricycle to board, I was told the transport fare is now double the original price. How heartbreaking, how high in price the cost of living is in this part of the world.

---

I had no option, so I boarded the tricycle, on our way the driver gave us reasons the price is double now, linking it to the high cost of fuel in the country which is now triple the original price per liter.

Citizens frustrated and waiting to buy fuel at a very high price.

The most worrisome part is that this fuel was getting scares as stations were closed and there were crowd at the few places opened.

People were literally fighting over who should be the next to buy or not, we witnessed this scene and it wasn't a good way to start the morning.

I got to the pharmacy outlet, and immediately resumed duty. It was a very busy Friday.

New stocks came in from our manufacturers and it was a lot of work sorting out those new drugs just brought in.

Empty shelves before I started arranging

It was time to work, so I began bringing the drugs out, identifying its manufacturers, entering into the system, and arranging neatly on the shelves according to their generic names and according to their indications for some.

It took a whole while to get this done. Meanwhile between this process, I was also attending to clients, listening to their complaints and rendering needed assistance.

---

Sooner than later the arrangements were done not 100% but to a greater degree.

---

Set to leave for the day

It was already time to leave the pharmacy, so I signed out and headed home.

---

That was how the day unfolded. Glad I could do a thing or two, I hope the following days comes with even better perspectives.
