The diary game : Hair braiding and pedicure (18th June 2023)

Hello steemians, it's a beautiful day to share my diary. I'd totally agree that sundays are special as we mostly do a lot this day.

Weekend is almost over and everyone's rushing to cover up leftover jobs in preparation for a new week. I wasn't an exception.

So I woke up and started some basic house chores, including washing and cleaning up the house amongst other duties. I also made time this day to worship God as a Christian.

After most of these activities were completed, I realized I had one important activity left to do. My hair needed to be groomed, probably a neat weaving I could use to work in the coming days.

I stepped to a nearby salon across my locality to get my hair done.

Just when I thought I was the only one with intention to make hair, I was wrong. There were already a lot of people waiting. I had no choice than to wait.

While waiting, I decided to carry out some manicure and pedicure. It's been a while since I've done this and I just needed some expert hands.

We used close to half an hour to decide on which color to pick. We conducted a lot of trials and comparisons until a perfect choice was made.

My pedicure was already done, and I liked it. At this time, the other clients were less. So it was time to weave mine.

I was surprised how my hair has grown these last few years. Everyone around was commending my hair.

I had to wash it afterwards, I must say, my little hairstylist did a beautiful job. So she washed my hair thoroughly with all the necessary shampoos and conditioners. She made the shampoo foamy and massaged the scalp. I was obviously impressed.

She has finished washing and it's time to braid, we used almost half an hour to figure out the style to make. We came up with a style and she started braiding my hair.

I was so impressed by her swiftness, well in less than an hour, she finished the job.

At the tail end, my hair came out really well. I liked the style. A fellow client opted to go with my hair style.

I was already done with the hairdresser before 6pm in the evening. After which, I went home.
On reaching home, I ate, freshened up, relaxed and got ready for the next day.
