The diary game / Saturday, 25th march/ moments with friends and weather

A sunny beautiful Saturday it was, well it was work free day and loved the fact that I had the whole day to myself. After carrying out minor chores at home such as getting breakfast ready and cleaning around the house. It was time to hang out with friends.

My friends back in college invited me over for hangout and because I missed them so much I couldn't say no. So I got dressed and set to leave.

---

The joy and glitters on our faces when we met tells how much we've missed each other for some times now. At the venue were we sat out, it was all reflection of college days, we remembered the whole fun filled days with the sad moments as well. We talked about future plans and how to set those plans on motion. We encouraged each other to keep pushing and never let some setbacks in life make us stop pushing forward.

Of course we won't be having that whole discussion on an empty table. So we ordered some food to make the moment an interesting one. We ordered pizza, ice cream, cake spiced with coconut, red velvet cake, roasted chicken and drinks as well.

The food part was actually fun for me as well🥰. We took pictures and made short video clips to keep memories.

After having good time with friends, it was time to stroll back home. I boarded a ride which brought me back home.

I still had to prepare something for dinner as I got home, and I got the perfect idea of what to cook, porridge plantain recipe. I bet not so many of us has tasted that meal before. It was very delicious.

And part of the ingredients I used to produce that delicacy above included but not limited to: maggi seasoning, salt, pepper, plantain, vegetable leaf, crayfish, seasoned goat meat, curry, roasted fish and onions. Maybe I'd consider giving the steps to making my recipe in another post 🥰.

After making that nice delicacy, I ate to my satisfaction and when I was just about having some rest, the weather was no long friendly.

First is was cloudy and thunder sounds bombarding. I could tell it was definitely gonna rain. Not just rain but a heavy downpour. I really felt pity for those still outside at the time because that rain wasn't gonna stop soon.

It finally started raining and raining. The once sunny weather was now very cold that I went to my room and laid on my bed with my blanket on and started writing my dairy game. I was still writing till I fell asleep of course the warmth from my blanket was so nice I couldn't resist the sleep while the downpour became more heavy.

Some two hours later, I was awake and continued writing my dairy game. By this time of course, the rain had subsided and I was glad it did so that at least it's evening and people outside could go back to their various destinations safely.

I stepped out side, but to my greatest surprise, the rain had caused a lot of damage to plants outside. My favorite plantain tree was fallen to the ground, I wasn't happy at all. Even in the neighborhood, alot of trees and plants were destroyed by the very heavy downpour.

Well it's one of those aftereffects of heavy rain fall. I guess I'd just need help in raising the fallen plantain tree.

---

It's almost night time and it's soon be day over in few hours, so in preparation for the the next day, I jotted out plans for the next day and how to accomplish those plans. Well I hope tomorrow has a lot in store already. For now it's diary game over.
