Steem For Better Life Community Development Analysis | August 08, 2022
Steem for BetterLife Community continues to evaluate community achievements on a regular basis through Steem For Better Life Community Development Analysis. This activity is a community indicator in measuring community growth and development consistently, measurably and published regularly. This publication is official in nature which becomes a benchmark in overcoming problems and maintaining achievements within a certain period of time.
There are several indicators that are used as the basis for conducting evaluations, such as:
| 1. Member Development |

When viewed from the growth of community members, generally every active community will experience member growth from time to time, member growth is closely related to admin and moderator services in welcoming every post published in the community. During this time the Steem For BetterLife Community has experienced member growth due to its participation in the Engagement Challenge program organized by steemitblog, prospective contestants are required to be part of the community (members) in order to become valid contestants.
The table shows that member growth continues to increase from time to time, on August 08, 2022 it can be seen that currently Steem For BetterLife Community has 6,175 members.
| 2. Active Poster |

Active Community Posters decreased compared to the time of Engagement Season 2 Week 1 and Week2, at that time active posters were at 300+, but currently at 292. This is a negative achievement and needs to be addressed wisely by all elements of the community, both admins and moderators.
We are aware that the previous 300 active posters were affected by the increased activity of users involved in releasing posts and the effect of increasing active posters is closely related to the selection of the Steem For BetterLife Community as one of the communities that held the Steemit Engagement Challenge 3 Session.
We will continue to improve this and of course through the Steem Engagement Session 3 Week 4 so that the contribution of the contestants continues to grow to encourage the increase in active posters.
We are also trying to encourage the active increase of posters through regular contests, every day various contests will be published either with the same topic or with different topics. Each winner will get upvote boom support in accordance with applicable regulations.
Another factor to increase active posters is the support of the Steemit Team, we realize that currently the strength of the community is still so small that it cannot stand alone and we continue to strive to increase the strength of the account at least 80% of the community account income. We operate a community curated account by upvoting users who are actively writing on the community homepage.
| 3. Community Rating and Pending Reward Community |

Maintaining an achievement is much more difficult than achieving an achievement, this is a fact that happens. The decline in community credibility is caused by several things:
- Lack of support from the Steemit Team: The curation support factor is the main reason a community is not interested by users, even though the essence of support cannot be separated from the quality of the content, besides that the distribution of support is also another reason why users do not get curation even though they have shown consistency in delivering creative post.
- The performance of admins and moderators has decreased, this will and has had an impact on the community
- Publication Informative and educative posts have been neglected so that by itself the community will have minimal support
- Need to improve the welcome in the comments column, both in the form of verification and other positive comments.
Last week we were ranked 6th out of the top 10 communities, but Currently the Steem For BetterLife Community is in the top 10 communities on this platform, we continue to try to restore the situation by working optimally through admins and moderators, for that support from @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 and support from other steemit team is the hope to make this dream come true.
Where do you want to take this community? Admins and moderators who are able to answer it through their consistency and integrity in carrying out their duties and functions well, with full responsibility, because building a community is not an easy thing, let's continue to show our responsibilities and roles well.
| 4. Steps to Improve and Sustain Community Outcomes |

As in the discussion above, each community has positive and negative changes, for this reason these analysts become an indicator of the identification of the overall success of the community and the decline in the credibility of the community.
Efforts made by:
- Expand posts in the Steem for Better Life Community
- Increase Comments for new posts
- Give appreciation and openness to members to propose programs as a form of community program through management meetings.
- Increase member participation by continuing to support the Programs and Contests that are run.
- Selectively awarding creative content in the form of submissions for support curation which is booming as long as this program continues.
- Intense promotion of the platform to the public
- Evaluate programs and community credibility through regular community meetings.
- Identify the factors of failure/decrease in community achievement in general.
- Strive to fully support the Steemit Team program by maintaining booming support and participating in other steemit team programs such as the Steemit Engagement Challenge and continuing to campaign for #club100, #club75 and #burnsteem25.
