The growth and development of the community is an integral part of the achievement of the Vision and Mission which have been systematically arranged by the community administrators. To achieve the goals of the short and long term community, the integrity and loyalty of the administrators (admin and moderator) is required to be involved in it. This is in line with the expectations of the Steemit Team to moderate and comment on every post in the Community.

When viewed from the growth and development of Steem For Betterlife today, updating Admins and moderators is a strategic step that needs to be done considering that currently there are only a few admins and moderators who are actively contributing to the Steem For Betterlife Community.

All existing moderators are expected to be able to prepare again Application for Steem For Betterlife Community Moderators, excluded admins and founding moderators from Steem for Betterlife Community.

From the Steem For Betterlife Community homepage, it shows a decrease in active community posters to 135 from 7,683 subscribers with a pending reward of $ 554 until today, Saturday 11 February 2022. Subscribers and active posters should be directly proportional, but only 1.69% of active subscribers release posts and interact in the community. The low number of active posters and the quality of the posts affect the pending rewards in Steem for Betterlife Community.

We see this as a serious problem that must be addressed properly, one of which can be done by updating the Admin and Community moderators. Community electability will grow through positive moderation carried out by community administrators so as to encourage active growth of posters, appreciation factors in the form of remarks (comments and verification) can encourage to increase user interest to return to being active in the community.

On this occasion we want to open up opportunities for all steemit users around the world to become part of the Steem For Betterlife Community, we emphasize that Steem For Betterlife is a global community, not oriented to one country only, so we are trying to form community representatives in various countries selectively .

Moderators as country representatives will be considered as World Smile Project Representatives for their countries so that they can create and run charity programs according to the available budget through donations from Country Representative Charity accounts and additional support from World Smile Project Int Accounts.

Interested users can register by paying attention to the following requirements:

1. Have Steem Power of at least 4,000 SP
2. Account Reputation 60, not using bidding bots or any delegation for voice services.
3. Active User (Active for at least the last 3 months)
4. Have integrity, loyalty and responsibility
5. At least able to survive in #club5050 and try to improve club status, for those who are selected and later do not join the club status will be revoked as moderator status.
6. Willing to Delegate a number of SP voluntarily for a community curation account (@steembetterlife) when appointed as the selected Moderator.
7. Able to cooperate well in moderating posts.
