RE: Aging Is Real… and My Dad Just Showed Me How Loud It Can Be

Is it age or should there also be a strong will to be active, to take care of yourself and not let others always do the caring of you?
I know 90 years old being very active (they are even in my painting class and indeed they are all female) and you can't tell they reached that age, merely by their behaviour. What they do all have in common is a strong will, and not one of them is overweight and they all live on their own, taking care of themselves.
You can't blame a woman for the bad health of a man but you can blame a doctor for not checking what he's doing. That switched-off machine sounds very Dutch. If you ask me that's not because they are extremely busy but all lost their interest in the job. It's merely for status and income.

I wish you all quality time together.

P.s. Like my grandmother said: Nothing bad about my stepmother, she accepted a man with children and raised them, which is very hard task.

You welcoming her in the family? Can it be it's the other way round?

All the best and strength.

A super creative day/week

Wow.. that is nice. For Nigeria, the mortality rate for men is low compared to the women because of the pressure they face in hustling all day to provide for their family.

But it is among our generation that people are now advocating for women to also support the family if they are working because 70% of Nigeria women believes there cash is for them alone and the men's money is for the entire family including them as well..

In my dad's case, I'll just say is his eating habits and his lack of exercise. The doctor even advice us to also watch his sugar level.

speaking about his wife , if we actually welcomed her????? Well....... I reserved my comments 😂🤣😂🤣😂😂 but what matters most now is that our dads loves her and she's taking good care of him.

Thank you, kitty, for leaving your little paw print (upvote) on my post. Your support means a lot!” 🙂
