How I baked this delicious cake| step by step recipe and tutorial
Good day everyone, I want to tell you about how I baked this delicious cake. These are the recipe used. Wheat flour, baking powder, flavor,egg, sugar, milk and vegetable oil.
In a bowl crack one egg, separate the yoke from the white egg like this.
In another separate bowl add your milk.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of your flavor, you can use any flavor of your choice.
After adding the flavor, add 25g of vegetable oil

In a separate bowl add 120g of wheat flour and 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder, Mix and set aside.
Beat the white egg for 30 seconds using whisk till it foam but as for me I'm using blender because I don't have whisk so I blended it for 30 seconds till it foams

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar

Beat further till it looks like this

Add 100g of sugar in 3 batches every 1 minutes

Beat on a high speed for 2 minutes. The consistency , then pour it into another bowl

Well mixed. I had to change to a bigger bowl to shift in the flour into the mixed sugar and white egg.

Pour in the wet ingredients initially set aside and mix

Continue mixing, then add the margarine i.e the butter

Continue mixing, mix it very well till it's ready

Pour into the baking pan lined with paper beneath and pat to remove bubbles

If you are using oven bake at 150°C for 55 minutes but I'm using local oven so I bake it on a low heat for 45 minutes

Check it with a toothpick, once it comes out clean then it's ready

It's done here, so fluffy and delicious
