I believe that there is still a lack of awareness in many countries, especially on the issue of giving women a place and value, highlighting their capabilities, what they can do and how their presence would impact.

You are right my dear. But I think in the more developed countries, is better because women are being treat nicely and also, they are been allowed to make decisions and also take part in so many affairs.
