My friend had dialyses 3 times a week and only felt 'well' one day per week. It's suffering.
I wonder how much Steem you are talking about.
It will not stop after one "new" kidney he will need meds too plus that kidney, if accepted, will last about 5 years.
I hope Steemians can help out your brother.

Even if another kidney is not possible the donations can help lift the burden but you need to be an active member as well!
You cannot stay away for months and come back asking for money since you are new, no one knows you so writing, engaging is important.
You can also write underneath your post: I write in the hope to support my brother's illness.
