Your text is too much.
If it comes to the statue of what you call Chinese Ducks. These aren't ducks, no way. These are more likely geese or could be swans. If swans it's better to stay out of their way if they use their wings. They are very strong. The goose will use it's beak to attack but they make awesome guards and are great company.

Our aunt has a Chinese duck at her house. So these structures look like that to me. So I have presented them as Chinese ducks. But your idea is right, it could also be a swan.
