You made an interesting remark. I had a talk with a friend (she passed away) about feelings towards others years ago.
We spoke about if we care and came to the conclusion we don't find the average person interesting enough to care about. We simply are not interested. Can be that from there the lack of sharing "secrets" (not seeing any point in doing so) comes from.
If you don't care this alao means you don't need their "advice" or support and are able to stand on own feet and make deciscions by yourself. 👍
And you are right if the expectations are low so is the level of stress and frustration.
