Greens on the Farm

Hello, everyone! I hope we are all in God's grace and mercy. A day has passed and the tropical cyclone is nearer to the Philippines. It is very worrisome and I am praying deeply that God will protect us from harm.

Honestly last night, I was awakened by strong thunders and lightning followed by heavy rain; I was startled and got up immediately to call my husband to come home who is at work. I thought it was the typhoon already because it had planted anxiety in my heart; may God ease my anxiety and deliver us from all the harm.

Anyway,let me share with you these green things I took photo with at the farm I noticed my phone gallery had been filled with lots of pictures in green which happen to be my favorite color.

These pictures were taken on a Sunday when I and my family went to mother's farm.
Above is the view of her farm and the sky: she had just harvested a few weeks ago on that picture and is waiting for the rain so she can start to till the land again

I snapped this amazing spider web on a turmeric plant o her far. It's funny that she has turmeric plant but we don't use it at all; only lately did I realized the importance of turmeric in our health. I wish I could make turmeric tea soon.

Here I am, the green sweat shirt was given from the government for thier TUPAD project, which gives assistance to those displaced workers during the pandemic. And that's my son, he has his unique way of sitting on me. On his hand, a sweet guava from the from the tree behind us.

That's my husband offering me a young coconut. Coconut waters are very refreshing, they are natural cold and sweet. I always enjoy it when we got yo the farm. Young coconut flesh are delicious too! Some people want them in a salad but I like it straight on.

This is one of the coconut trees around. It has many coconut in it and I love coconuts! Too bad I am too short and I could not climb the coconut tree to get the fruits

And of course, I brought some green yarns on the farm just in case I get bored. I was never wrong! My husband too some sleep while our kids played. There is a very low quality in Internet connection so I took some time to crochet though I was never able to finish that project.
