Look Good to Feel Good.

That's what I have been manifesting today. I had migraines in the last two days, and I had very little rest.

At night when I sleep, I could still feel the pain and it is waking me up. I am not so sure why but my menstrual period is coming ( and it came) and my right eye socket hurts so bad and I was thinking it was my eyes failing me.

I have long hours of screen time at work and I only used cheap anti-radiation glasses to protrct my eyes and I don't wear them all the time.

My migraine also came with body malaise and I get dizzy sometimes. I musta have abused my boday and I really needed rest big time.

I don't use lipstick often, I am a clumsy lady ansd I smudge my make up every time I wear them. But today, I saw the need of wearing them to feel better and indeed, i felt better.

My condition is nothing serious, my body just gave up on the tiredness it felt over thr past weeks when I got so stressed at work. There are a lot going on and I cannot even fathom to share it here one by one.

Postitive things attracts positive vibes and vice versa. For weeks negative things has been sorrounding me, trying to pull me down but here I am, keeping my head up an fighting to see the light and having a better life.

Tomorrow, I won't be coming to work to attend my daughter's graduation in nursery. I hipe it will be a a great day and be fun- filled activity.

After the graduation, we planned on going to an unfinished play ground and we will be having dinner with the while family at night.

It's all in the Mind

Do you believe so? I do. Mind is so powerful and it attracts what it thinks too. Our subconscious is on thenmind and sometimes we jist can't hear it when it says we need to pause and take a rest thus our body will weaken because we never listened.
