The Diary Game: A Day In My Life As A Stylist(13-01-2026)

I dressed up today to go to work, my ladies at work were calling me that there was a particular customer that called and wanted me to come and make her hair, I had to dress up really quick and wen to the shop. The driver that took me there was really wasting my time on the road, his car really needs serious servicing.

After I got to the shop, I met the customer, she is my long time customer that has been patronizing me for a very long period of time now and it is true, she doesn't allow other people to touch her hair except me and I totally understand her. Even if she travels, she will still come back and ask me to plait her hair and that is what it means to be someone's customer.

As I finished making her hair, I did new year discount for her so that she will be happy and that will compensate with the times I kept her waiting in the shop. She even told me that the hair was really beautiful. When she left, I went outside to just walk because there was literally nothing I was doing at the shop.

As I was walking, I saw this beautiful dresses sampled outside a cloth store, I loved it so much that I went inside and approached the owner to ask of the price, they told me and I promised to get back to them when I have the money, I took their contact and I wish when I have money, I should come and still see it here because it was too beautiful for the eyes.

When I returned to my shop, my husband came and told me he will be going to the kid's school to pick them up, I was so grateful for that because I was even thinking how I was going to go there and close shop in the afternoon. I made food so that won't be a problem when they get back home.

Fortunately for me, another customer came today and told me to lock her hair for her, that was going to be a very long work and my apprentices do not stay past 5pm, I accepted and began to lock the hair. Despite how fast I was, I still never did half before 6pm .I called my husband to tell him of the condition at hand, he told me to continue that he will take care of the kids. I was relieved so I continued with my work.

When I finished locking the hair by 8pm, I was really tired, I closed the shop and the woman did transfer to my account and then I confirmed before she left. When she left, I also went back to my house. I wasn't sure if my kids would still be up by this time of the day I went back home.

When I got back to the house, my darling husband had made soup and fufu so that I will come and eat. When I got the food, I ate like I have never eaten in decades. After eating, I took my bath so that I can sleep as I was very tired.

When I finished taking my bath, I went to the room to sleep with the kids. My husband was having zoom meeting with his superiors so I didn't want to disturb me either. I couldn't go to bed without sharing my day also and here it is, my friend.
