The Diary Game: Tying Bread In The Shop And Preparing Food For My Family 13-12-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, it's still your favourite friend, @joychi102. It's time to share how my day began and how it ended, let's quickly talk about it.

I was at the shop very early today because my husband bought bread to the shop and they weren't properly tied because they were still hot and if they were to be tied, the size would've been altered and even the bread design, so I was the one that did that today in the shop when I took over from my husband.

After I finished what I was doing, I took broom and began to sweep the shop as it was very dirty. I swept it and took some items out so that there will be space inside for free movement. It was kind of a very hectic morning for me by the way.

My kids were home all these while but I decided to just let them be while I concentrated on what took me to the shop today. I attended to customers, still restock the fridge and then made account of every goods that was bought.

When I was hungry, I called my daughter to bring me food so that I can eat. She brought yam with stew and that was what I ate for afternoon food. After that, I gave her the plate to take back home. After that, I continued with what I was doing till I got tired and asked my daughter to just help me while I get some rest.

I woke up when my daughter was arguing with a customer, it appeared that the customer took the goods, used part of it and returned it but my daughter told her she wasn't taking it. When I woke up, I asked the girl what the issue was and she told me, I had to check the goods if it has expired but it hasn't so I told her to take the goods back home as there will be no refund for good s that has already been used.

In the evening, my husband came back and told us to go back home that he will take care of the customers. I went back home and when I got back to the house, I stood at the entrance of the door while I watched my son wash his dirty clothes. My daughter was also washing plates.

When I finished, I went inside and took the riped plantain and fried it then sent my daughter to go to the shop and get chocolate so that we can use the fried plantain and drink tea. She did and then I made dinner and everyone ate.

When I finished what I was doing, I was so tired so I took my bath and waited for my husband to come back so we eat together. But as he was taking time to come back, I had to utilize the time to sharing my diary so that if he comes back, we just eat and then I go to bed.
