Don't rush and don't compare your progress with others.Every person's journey is different. And the most important thing is to be happy with yourself, don't disappoint yourself, celebrate your smallest things because no one will celebrate your happiness and you are the one who can make the best example for yourself, so always try to be happy yourself and make the environment around you happy, because this will keep your mental health quite relaxed.
