Diary Game 16th January 2026 ||!Not again

I will not start this year raving and shouting like a mad woman who’s about to tear off her own hair.
You see that first line ba, that’s what children will make you do. The perfect combination of a 2 year old utterly handsome but stubborn and clingy boy who loves to eat everything in sight and cry for a living and a 12 year old girl who is currently in the throes of playing big sister that must be completely obeyed!!! Perfect ingredients for a mad house!!

I can’t count the number of times I’ve shouted “ go away from there” just today!! All of a sudden the weekend which hasn’t even begun now seems like a thousand years!! Once they realize I’m getting away, they bring out the puppy looks, I’m not falling for it, not today!!

Welcome to my diary and if you’re in for a bit of crazy, then join my ride! Every mother and well caring aunt has at least been at this phase once.
My day starts with a consultation for a prospective client’s rate card. I am a creative director and social media manager and we needed to set this client up for business this year.

This consultation lasts till some minutes past 11pm and then I hop on another call which is later rescheduled. I try to take a nap for a few hours but the kids again😩😩. Since I can’t sleep, I decide to fit my grandmother on some clothes my uncle has sewn for her . We need to be sure it is to her liking and also know how free it is on her.

Knowing that sleep is a lost battle, I dress up and head out for my hair appointment.
Once I arrive at my friend’s place, we set out to work by first mixing the shampoo dye, then he trims the edges of my hair and we set to applying the dye.

While waiting for the dye to take effect, my friend brings out a very fine leather sandal. He had bought it from a mutual acquaintance and it is really worth the price. Thick in texture and very strong leather.

Once my dye was done, we wash it off. Here’s the final look. Better right?? All thanks to my good friend. Anyways now that’s I’ve gotten my hair in shape, it’s time to be hot😆. Bye for now .
