RE: Comment contest: Comment affairs #42; A lesson your mother (or father figure) taught you that guides your life.

From my father figure, I’ve come to learn what it truly means to be humble and not a hypocrite.
Today we have a lot of people who claim humility yet when caught in the hottest situation, they find out they are not.

My father figure and I

That silent ability to abase and also abound as though both co-exist in the same sentence, oddly they do. From him I have learnt to be a person of integrity -saying only what I mean, when I mean it. I’ve learnt from him that silence is also a voice, sometimes even louder than words. These and many more I have learnt from my father figure.

I'm happy that you learn how to be humble from your dad. this is to show that training up a child is not only meant for the mothers but for the both partners.

You some time when people see a humble person they thought the person is weak but never.

Never. Humility can never be equated with weakness, on the flip side actually only a truly strong man can be humble.
