My new adventure, welcoming myself back.

Today marks a new chapter in my journey, baking training. It's been about a month since I've last posted here, and it's not because I've been slacking off, but rather, phone issues had to be sorted out. But I'm back now, and I'm excited to share my experiences with you all.

I've dived headfirst into the world of baking, and it's been a whirlwind so far. We're talking cakes of all sizes, bread, peanut, egg roll, fish pie, Chelsea bread, buns, and all sorts of snacks. My hands are itching to try out new recipes, and I'm learning so much every day.

Today's highlight was making fish pie, it's a game-changer! "'I'll be sharing the details of how it's made in future posts, but for now, let's just say it's a recipe you'll want to try. The aroma, the taste, the texture... mmm!

The recipe we used for the fish pie was a medley
of flavors:
• Cabbage
• Carrots
• Green pepper
• Flour
• Fish
• Egg
• Sugar
• Salt
• Coster clerk
• Yeasts and
• Baking powder.

I can't wait to be sharing our snacks and the full method of production with you all. As a baking newbie, I'm thrilled to be exploring this new field. Learning new skills is exhilarating, and I'm grateful for this opportunity.
