Why is this food is important to your people? When is it traditionally eaten?(Is it festive, ceremonial daily ,symbolic?)what does it present culture lay how does it reflect the life style, values, and history of your people?

1000171109.jpg

Achaualy it's our family favourite dish I made this dish twice a week .I cooked in different style .some time I made in mutton, some time in beef and some time in chicken. More over Korma is actually a part of our culture, and in various wedding ceremonies, this dish is a must-have.After this, our menu becomes incomplete. Just as biryani is a must at weddings, birthday parties, and other occasions, similarly, korma is also a must in the menu.Because children, old and young all eat the Korma dish with great enthusiasm, we can say that it represents our culture.

What memories do you personally associate with it and the price of the ingredients in steem and local currency?

I have many memories associated with this dish. I have been passionate about cooking since I was very young, so I first learned to make this dish from my grandmother. My grandmother taught me how to make this dish and I have been making it and I eagerly share how she made it and today I follow and make the same recipe and today my children and my husband all eat it with great enthusiasm.
