Today was a very interesting and memorable day for me because we had our Cardio Lab.As a student i always enjoy practical classes because they help me understand the things that we study in books. Today when i entered the cardio lab i was excited to see different cardiac posters diagrams equipment and learning materials displayed on the walls.The whole lab looked beautiful and informative.

The first things that caught my atentios was the defibrillator poster.It showd the importants parts of a defibrilator and explaind how it is used during a cardiac emergency seing this poster reminded me how important quick actions can be when a person suffers from a life-threatning heart rhythm.It also made me more interested in learning about emergency cardiac care.

I also saw diferent ECG posters. ECG is one of the most importantly tools in cardiology because it helps us understand the electrical activity of the heart.The posters showd diferent ECG patterns and helped us learn how changes in the ECG can be connectd with different cardiac conditions.As a student i find ECG very interesting because every wave and segments can provide useful information about the heart.

One of the most intresting posters was about STEMI localization and evolution.It showed different ECG leads and how ST-segment elevations can help identify the area of the heart affected by myocardial infarction.The poster also explained coronary artery teritories.This was very helpful because sometimes it is difficult to remembered which leads are related to which area of the heart.Seeing the information visually made it easier to understand.

Another posters showed ECG lead placement on the chest.Correct placements of ECG electrodes is very important because incorrect placement can afect the ECG recording and may lead to confusion during interpretation.We also saw a patient monitor poster showing important vitals signs such as heart rate blood pressure oxygen saturation respiratory rate and temperature its reminded me that monitoring a patient is an important part of cardiac care.

There were also posters about the Exercise Tolerance Test (ETT). This test helps assess how the heart responds to physical activity.It was interesting to see information about safety and interpretation of the test.I also noticed a poster about patient positioning for ETT which helped me understand the practical side of the procedure.

The pictures i captured today show some of these beautiful learning materials from our cardio lab.I feel that these posters are not just decorations on the walls.They are useful learning tools for students.Whenever we look at them we can revise important concepts and remember them more easily.

Today’s cardio lab gave me a chance to connect my theoretical knowledge with practical learning.I learned that cardiology is not only about reading books it is also about understanding ECGs monitoring patients recognizing emergencies and knowing how different cardiac tests work.

I am very happy with today’s learning experience.The cardio lab was informative interesting and inspiring for me.I hope to continue learning more about the heart and improve my practical skills.I believe every practical class brings us one step closer to becoming better healthcare professionals. ❤️🫀
