The Diary Game: Making Memories With My Family This Christmas(25-12-2025)

Merry Christmas all my lovely Steemit friends, how's the season going for you? I'll be glad to friend about your experience so to take the lead, I'll be dropping my Christmas merriment below so kindly stay glued till the end and enjoy the ride. I know some people go to church h on Christmas day but I don't because I'll have to prepare meal for my family and friends who will come visiting.

I had agreed to make fried rice yesterday and definitely, I'll be going out with the kids later so I won't just go from kitchen for an outing, I had to make out time to rest so when I woke up, I had a devotion with my family before I did my chores. Finally, a day I won't be taking about my life as a stylist, lol. I prepared a big pot of fried rice which was our meal throughout the day.

I had my rest and when I woke up, it was time for outing. So sorry, Nepa really dealt badly with us yesterday as we didn't have light so I sent out my phone for charge so after we were all dressed and set to go out, I asked my daughter to go get the phone for me and when she came back with it, we took this picture before stepping out. My husband is not really a camera person that's why he made an excuse just so he won't be in the picture but, its fine anyways!

There's a place things are happening now in my state and that's the Christmas park, my kids suggested we go there and we agreed. This is a season of joy, laughter a d celebration so anything to make the kids happy is what I and my husband did you give them a good childhood experience. We got to the Christmas park and people had already filled the place though there were still some empty seats, I took a spot close to the stage so we could have a clear view of the entertainment on stage. Immediately we got sitted, my husband stood up to buy suya and also order for drinks.

Soon, my kids saw a spot where ice cream was sold and they didn't allow me concentrate on what was going on in the stage. They kept demanding for ice cream and I had no choice than to send for ice cream for them. We stayed for more than three hours there and had some good family time before returning home in the evening. I remembered I was invited by my friend to her house for Christmas celebration but I couldn't go so immediately I got into the house, I called her to apologize for not coming. I explained how busy I was and she quite understood as she herself didn't have chance too.

I took my bath, served dinner and bath my kids before we all went to the parlour to watch movie. I remembered along the line that I haven't made my Steemit post so I spaced myself to write my diary before I continued with the movie. I slept quite late but I'm still grateful for how my day went. That's all my Christmas engagements, bye for now.
