The Diary Game: 14th April, 2026. Playing Basketball And Cooking For My Friends

Your girlie, @tabitha10. I was out here doing something really cool for myself when I visited my friends. Anytime I don't have much thing to do, I will just go to my friend's house and relax my head there, these guys sure know how to pamper me. I played basketball today.

I love basketball as much as they do but the only thing hindering me is my height, I can't really flow with it because of my height. So, I was just playing around with it and it made so much sense that at the end of the day, I was so relieved of the weekend's stress.

We were also brainstorming together. I have been applying for jobs on Upwork and so far, I have two offers and the designs are basically what I wanted my friends to give me an idea of what to put up because I really want to put in my A game to the thing.

When we finished, I didn't just want to go like that, so I asked them what they would love to eat, they told me they would want to eat pepper soup rice again. I told them that they should choose something else because that was what they ate yesterday but they kept saying the same thing, I had to listen to them and then I went to the market and bought meat then I came back home and prepared the food.

After I finished cooking and giving them, I took my bag and I wanted to leave but they told me to calm down that they will escort me to the main road. I waited for them in the room and when they finished eating, they escorted me there and then I paid my way to plaza because that was where I was going to see a bus that will go to Nwaniba where I am staying.

When I wanted to take the bus, I sighted where these household items were being sold, I went there to buy bucket, I need a bucket in my room. The woman was selling her things very affordable. I bought two buckets so I can give one to my mum and make use of one.

When I got back home, I handed the bucket to my mum and then she thanked me, I took mine to my room and kept it then went to go and see what my mum had kept for me. But it seemed the food that was prepared in the house wasn't going to get to me, I took some money and bought snacks, then I came back home and ate it. I also gave my siblings and my mum.

As my usual evening would go, I went to the parlour and stayed with my dad for him to tell me about the olden day's stories. I just love listening to him and one thing I am happy about is that he has fully recovered from the sickness.
