There is no morally justifiable reason to claim a person's life. By virtue of the provisions of Article 3 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person".

This means that by virtue of just being human, you are entitled to life, freedom and protection from harm. The father in question doesn't have any right to take his daughter (or anybody's) life. Regardless of how immoral they might be.

It's heartbreaking to see a young star diminished over what anyone would dismiss as youthful curiousity. Fgs, she was a teenager, and teenagers fall in love!

What she needed was guidance, not destruction. I hope the law catches up with him. It would be useless getting all emotionally distressed by his act if the criminal justice system fails to apprehend him for such horrendous act.
