Poem: Dream House Built on a Tree

A silent dream stands deep in the greenery,
A small house built on the shoulders of a tree.

It rises above the noise of the ground,
As if people learn to live when they find a little peace.

The slow song of the narrow river flows below,
Above, through the gaps in the leaves, the pull of light and sky comes in.

This house is not made of bricks, it is of trust,
It is the secret refuge of a tired heart.

The man sitting on the green floor knows,
The sounds of the city do not reach here.

Time climbs the bamboo stairs,
Where there is no hurry, there is only being.

The door of the house is small, but the dreams are big,
When you stand at the window, your eyes are filled with forest light.

This house listens to stories when it rains,
It plays songs when the wind blows.

The sun enters through the gaps in the leaves,
As if to say that you are still safe today.

The busyness of people lies on the muddy path below,
and silence gathers in this house above.

This silence is not fear,
it is rest.

The roof of the house is round,
as if a mother's hand is placed on the head.

Sitting here, people can hear themselves,
their inner voice for the first time.

The smell of the forest washes away old sorrows,
The sound of the river lightens the burden on the chest.

This house does not stop anyone,
but if you ask to stay, the mind agrees.

When you step on the green floor, you understand that
nature is never stingy.

The branch bent next to the house is like a guard,
keeping its shadow at night.

Here, night does not mean fear,
night means the light of rest.

A person does not forget the world below,
just puts it a little away and breathes.

This tree house teaches you not to run away from everything,
sometimes it is enough to climb a little higher.

The house says that if you want peace, you don't need anything big,
a little greenery, a little time is all it takes.

Seeing the river, the mind settles,
seeing the forest fills your heart.

This house doesn't show dreams,
it keeps dreams alive.

No one is big here, no one is small,
everyone is just a human being.

The bamboo staircase is like the path of life,
it doesn't break if you climb slowly.

When you enter this house, the door doesn't close,
rather, your heart opens.

This shelter surrounded by greenery says, stop,
everything will be fine.

The house doesn't speak loudly like the city,
yet its words penetrate deeply.

Time walks slowly here,
the mind sits by its side.

This tree house is not actually wooden,
it is of faith.

Faith that people can still
return to the lap of nature.

Faith that peace awaits somewhere or other.

This house stands amidst the greenery,
silently, in dependence.

As if saying,
when you are very tired,
I will stay here..
