Hi hello good morning, i hope your in good mood and in good health and safe at every home. This is my entry of a cooking contest my banana cake i hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS
6 Pcs. Banana
6 pcs. large eggs
1/2 cup oil/butter
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
3 cups all purpose flour

Toppings
Chocolate chips
Resin
Cashew

PROCEDURES:

Peel and slice the banana. Then smash the banana. Add all wet ingredients.

After smash the banana add the eggs.

Add the oil.

Add the milk. You can use any brand of milk, but me i used fresh milk.

Add the vanilla extract. Then mix all, mix it well.

Mix it well then add all dry ingredients.

Add the brown sugar.

Add the baking soda.

Add the all purpose flour.

Mix it well. Then put on the molder.

Then put on the toppings, you can put any amount toppings you want. Then put on the oven and cook for 180c' on 30 minutes.

On my mixture i made 10pcs of banana cake on this molder.

Banana cake on history have been invented during depression era of the 1930's by a housewife findings of makingsone extra money at home., during this time baking powder and baking soda is a present this time to get popular ingredients which a key of making this cakes.
