Very true. It is a complete different lifestyle. At times we forget the houses and everything are built in the water. If you look closely you can see, many houses are no longer straight, still flexible enough to not fall apart.

It scares me a little. But I suppose they'll do maintenance on the submerged foundations!

I actually noticed this too, but I ignored it, thinking it was just my eyesight. Now that you've explained it, it's true that this building is shaking a little.
It can be noticed all over the city and the same you find in other cities.
