This is a matter of urgency, I was off the steemit for a some months, came back to log in, my "file" where I wrote down my keys was dampened...
Only my posting Key survived, some characters of my master key and active key are also there, but not fully complete, so when I put it in, it tells me incomplete. I'm soliciting your aid to that matter. I hope you respond to me, I want to active again on the platform🙏

If you only have the posting key, there is nothing we can do.
How many characters are missing from the master password?

Great, if only three characters are missing, we can figure this out.
1.) I can give you a Python script that finds the missing characters. All you’d have to do is enter your master password (missing characters marked with question marks) into the script and run it. That would be Option 1, if you’re able to do that—maybe because you’ve worked with Python before.
2.) If option 1 isn’t an option for you and you still have your private Memo Key, you could send me an encrypted message with your master password. Please mark the missing characters with a question mark (?) like this:

I’ll then find the correct password and send it to you as an encrypted message; after that, you’ll need to change your password, of course.
Those are my ideas, but it might be easier with @alejos7ven if you’re connected via Telegram.

You didn’t respond to my comment for eleven days; there was no “Thanks for looking into my problem”—and of course, I had to spend several hours of my time trying to figure out if I could help you. But I didn’t get any feedback from you at all—nothing, not even a vote.
I found that very strange, but different countries, different traditions. So for me, this is unusual, but still okay.
Next point: You initiated a full powerdown, which isn’t possible without an active key—the active key that you supposedly don’t have.
All of this makes me feel uneasy, and for that reason, I wish you all the best, but I’m out.
