Blocky Road Log — A Visit to Sakura Garden
Today I decided to play Blocky Road, a game that I honestly don't play very often.
The reason is simple.
Out of all the games available on the platform, Blocky Road is probably one of the hardest for me.
Some players make it look easy, but whenever I play, disaster seems to be waiting around every corner.
Cars hit me.
Trains hit me.
Sometimes I even manage to fall into the water.
No matter how careful I try to be, something always finds a way to end my run.
Still, that's part of what makes the game fun.
Every successful crossing feels like a small victory.
After a few frustrating attempts, I decided to spend some of my coins.
I used 200 coins to unlock Sakura Garden.
And honestly?
It was worth it.
The environment looks fantastic, and the cute cherry blossom theme makes the game feel much more relaxing.
Even when I fail, at least I'm failing in a beautiful place.
With Sakura Garden selected, I jumped back into the action.
The roads were busy, the trains were fast, and the rivers were just as dangerous as ever.
I tried my best to stay focused and avoid making careless mistakes.
Some runs ended quickly, while others lasted longer than expected.
Although I wasn't able to achieve a massive score, I still managed a result that I'm happy with.

For many Blocky Road experts, that might not sound impressive.
But considering how difficult this game is for me, I'll gladly take it.
Afterward, I checked the leaderboard to see where I ranked.

And honestly, I'm completely satisfied with that.
Blocky Road has never been my strongest game, so finishing in 16th place feels like a solid achievement.
More importantly, I had fun.
The new Sakura Garden theme looks great, the gameplay remains challenging, and I survived long enough to enjoy the experience.
Maybe with a little more practice I'll climb even higher next time.
For now, I'll take my 16th-place finish and start thinking about which game to play tomorrow.
