Discovering a New Game My First Steps in Altitude on Cur8 Games!

​Hello Steemians and fellow gamers!

​Today, I decided to try out a brand new game on the Cur8 Games platform called Altitude. I love diving into new challenges, and this one caught my eye immediately. Here is a breakdown of my very first session and how I managed to clear the first few levels!

​Starting from Scratch
​Every journey has to start somewhere. When I first loaded up the game, my stats were at an absolute zero.

As you can see from photo the menu gives you options for Campaign, Infinite, and Ranked modes. With a high score of 0 and 0 coins to my name, it was time to jump right into the Campaign mode and see what this game is all about.

​Level 1: Learning the Ropes
​The first level is appropriately named "Learning the Ropes". It took me a bit to get a feel for the controls (using space/tap to jump and moving left/right).

I cleared the level in 1 minute and 34 seconds.
​Gameplay Points: 140 pts
​Coins Collected: 14 coins
​Medal: None yet (the target for gold is a speedy 9 seconds!).
​It wasn't a record-breaking run, but it was a successful start!
​Level 2: Fragile Steps (Getting Better!)
​With a little bit of practice under my belt, I moved on to the second level, "Fragile Steps". This time, I felt much more confident and managed to pick up the pace significantly.

As shown in photo my hard work paid off:
​Time: Reduced down to just 37 seconds!
​Time Bonus: An awesome +720 points and +6 extra coins.
​Total Points: 970 pts
​Medal Status: Secured a BRONZE medal!
​Current Progress & Verdict
​After wrapping up my first session, I went back to the main menu to check out my updated dashboard.

Looking at photo new stats are looking much healthier
​High Score: 970
​Max Altitude: 3503m
​Total Coins: 159
​Altitude is incredibly addictive and has that classic "just one more try" vibe. I'm definitely going to keep playing to unlock more items in the shop and push for those silver and gold medals.
