Good article, I feel sad of this bad news about my better & only exchange that I trust, to see Binance as MTGOX omg I'm alfraid, but we hope that this info will be changed to positif view in the future.
What you avoid to me to do? I must change binance to other Exchange or I can believe that is the only and trust Decentralized Exchange?

Yeah, it depends on a lot of factors like whether you use Exchanges for purchase, day trade, futures etc. purpose. For me, I only need to make my purchase or sale sparingly. So if a DEX option is available, I'd prefer it. But not all coins are on every Exchange. So we need to explore more options.
