Health benefits of Yoga.

Yoga is an ancient exercise and meditation method on Indians. Yoga means to add something. Yoga is not confined to exercises only. Its a method which consist of physical exercises, breathing exercises, and meditation. However, many people think that it is just an another type of physical exercises.
I do yoga whenever I get time. Mostly I do yoga in mornings when there is no noise outside and there is calmness all around. It helps me to fully concentrate. There are lots of benefits of Yoga. Some benefits are as follows:
It improves physical health and helps detoxing your body.
It increases stamina, especially when you do breathing exercises which are known as pranayams.
Yoga improves your health. It helps internal organs to work in a better way. It can help in arthritis, back pain and improves the condition of internal organs. It helps lungs to become more powerful and improves heart's health.
It keeps you mentally fit. Meditation works miraculously in brain fatigue, depression and helps in fighting against stress.
That's why I love yoga and do yoga, pranayaam and meditation as well. Unfortunately, my busy schedule do not allow me to spend more time on doing yoga but whenever I get a chance, I do not hesitate to practice yoga.
