Fruits in summer
I’m not big on Fruit Juices, picked for fresh either! I’m an ardent believer that when you juice a fruit you also lose out on the essential nutrients in the remainders we throw away especially like for an apple, the covering (chilka) is pure fibre and as important as the rest of the fruit similarly for a watermelon, orange, etc etc
It’s summer and 40 degrees (not peaking yet ) and it’s difficult to decide if your hungry or thirsty! Don’t feel hungry much especially sitting like a potato at home but the thirst is up so my best friend this summer, the king wayermelon is back!
Best had Sabut / as is with a pinch of black salt or chat Masala on top and by god dil pe lagega
