The minute I told my husband this new situation with Tommy's daughter, He said "It's a set up to put him back in jail and shut him up", and it makes total sense. This guy targets TOMMY'S daughter, out of all the other kids there; just does something enough to get her upset & run to parents/daddy, then admits he squeezed her bum (would a real criminal do that???) and gets Tommy riled up, and the government goons (aka police) sweep down to scoop up Tommy again & take him to jail. Government set up, black op, start to finish.
