Lack of Concentration!
Concentration is defined as the ability to give something our undivided attention to the exclusion of other distractions. Most students report dissatisfaction with their ability to concentrate and feel they do not work as efficiently as they would like.link
Concentration is very useful in learning and self development because we acquire knowledge when we learn and concentrate. A person who is not concentrating cannot grasp what is been taught or said.
Lack of Concentration can be caused by a lot of factors, some can be being absent minded, others can be due to health issues etc.
So, lack of Concentration is not an option for anyone serious at all because it would lead to a person not gaining what he ought to gain.
Try to always concentrate!
