Supportive team members in sports is a must. One of the great lessons in life. Looks like his team members kind of wished he would go away seeing him as a weak link. Thanks for your comments and feed back. Always makes me look a little deeper.
It always surprised me that those playing team sports are not able to work like a team. If you are no team player why not do something solo?
