I remember I told her that I don't think I needed it, but I realize that I did need it, to feel much better. In December I have to go back to control, I feel that I am going to cry and hug the doctor, I decided to change and do my part and I see fruits, it took me so long and I never did anything, now that I was in health problems I had to do it, and thanks to that I know that I have to take the step into the unknown to see improvements in my life.

Thanks to these experiences I now know what I have to do, it is time to keep the focus and always keep going forward, we will have bad days, but we will overcome them and better times will come, a lot of learning and the strength to know that we must move forward to achieve everything in life.
