Yesterday (Saturday) after the terrible rain that fell in the afternoon here in the city I went to bed early because I was tired from drawing water, my arms and legs hurt and my feet hurt from standing for so long. As sleep didn't come so fast even though I was tired I started to analyze how much I have changed both physically and mentally, how much I have improved and how good I have felt, how things just by having a little bit of motivation and stimulation I can take the first step to something wonderful.

My trainer told me this Friday, if sometimes you feel that you lack motivation as it can happen on a training day, look in the mirror, see how you are, you will notice change, now squeeze your hands and do strength, and you will see that you will improve more, that is the motivation and stimulation that you will need daily, You know that you have achieved something in a short time, imagine yourself in a year, you just need a little bit, you have already taken the important step that was to start, now you are keeping yourself constantly, after that nothing will work for you, you will get used to something that you will do because you know that it makes you feel better.
