In short, since there are only 5 seconds: taking a decision (instinct does in within 2 seconds for example, if it comes to liking or disliking people), taking a decision (based on the instinct), act, changing one's life, saving someone's life... every second counts.
Exactly what I had in mind! So, many things in life can be done in matter of seconds. I was just thinking that the sentence he wrote could be debatable.
