Who Am I and My Plans As a MOD in the Steem Japan Community

Hello all steemit friends, how are you? I hope you are always in good health always.

Abstract

This is my first post in the Steem Japan community. Recently I have been trusted by I to be one of the moderators in this community. This post will contain the most important information about myself and what I will do in this community.

Basically, my main goal in joining this community is to develop this community so that it is more advanced and has many followers. This community has the opportunity to continue to grow in the future. So we need to develop community management and governance to get more attention.

This community is based in Japan, but provides an opportunity for everyone to grow together in the community space. Anyone can contribute and participate to build a bigger community together. We continue to work together to invite more active users in the community space.

We provide mutually beneficial management where every member of the community gets a fair and transparent distribution of rewards. This model adheres to the concept of a support to support system. Where every member of the community gathers the power to generate votes for their content, we also work together to improve post quality and provide value/rewards to posts.

Who am I?

My name is @ponpase, a youth scout born in 1996 in North Aceh Regency, Aceh, Indonesia. I have joined Steemit on August 3, 2017. In the past I joined the Indonesian Steemit Community or KSI.

I have a background as an NGO as well as an educator for scouting education. I actively join various educational, leadership, volunteer and Humanity communities for social and humanitarian projects. I like interacting with many people, Reading and Traveling are my hobbies.

I am also active in doing steemit promotion activities through projects supported by Fundition, SNDBOX and Oracle-D. I also joined various other communities that were developing and progressing at that time. At Oracle-D I provide a career as a content copywriter, promoting a number of blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.

I am currently an admin and manager in the PromoSteem community. I also collaborate to develop a number of other communities where I also act as a moderator for the Steem-Travelers, Steem Infinity Zone, Business Activity, and Steemkids communities. Passion and hard work always motivate me to continue to grow on the Steemit platform.

Work and Plans

As a moderator of this community, of course I have a job to do. On the other hand, I also have to have a long-term plan in order to develop this community. Similar to my role in other communities, I will do my best to develop this community.

I'll be working on checking the community page for a more stable page. I do this by checking every post published by community members. Community page checks and posts aim to avoid Misuse of community pages.

I will use a number of tools and manual multilingual checks to crack down on abuse such as plagiarists, spammers, and data processing. Every abuser will get an action that is measured by what they have done. I want to encourage all members of the community to produce original, interesting and creative content.

I want to encourage and provide guidance to all members of the community to produce good quality posts. I build a support to support model to increase creativity, be interactive and generate rewards on the publications they post in the community. Everyone must be more interactive on the community page in order to continue to grow together on the steemit platform.

I also want to invite and encourage all users and community members to join the club. This aims to increase the value of investment in the community through increasing steem power. I encourage them to join #club5050, #club75, or #club100.

By joining this club it is possible for them to make investments and increase the resources of their account. Another thing will also have an impact on the rewards they will receive where they will get Curated attention from the Steemit Team. Therefore, I invite all members to support the vision and mission that we will develop to advance this community.
