Each country has its own unique, interesting, and delicious food
and today I will show you all one type of Acehnese food and this food is specifically only found in Aceh.
Acehnese food that I show you today is "jengkol rendang".
we Acehnese call this special food by the name "jengkol rendang" because the main raw material of this food is jengkol and it is cooked with the recipe "rendang".
I can't explain in detail the steps to make this dish because my wife and I don't have a complete picture because when I came home from work my wife was ready to cook this jengkol rendang.
This special food is very liked by every group in Aceh, both parents, teenagers, to children.
the main ingredient of this dish is jengkol fruit, are you familiar with jengkol? yes jengkol is the basic ingredient for Aceh rendang dishes, apart from bloody jengkol what is needed to make this dish is coconut milk rendang seasoning and also spices.
we enjoyed eating this jengkol rendang along with white rice which was ready to be cooked, and it was really very delicious.
