Some time ago, before the start of Ramadan, I stopped at a simple coffee shop not far from my house. The shop looked very simple, but it was strategically located on the side of a national highway. As a fan of caffeinated beverages, especially black coffee, coffee shops have become an integral part of my daily life. From mornings before work, afternoons after school, and sometimes even at night. At least once a day, unless there were unavoidable obstacles, I would stop at a coffee shop to enjoy a cup of coffee. With so many coffee shops popping up in my neighborhood, I have plenty of options for enjoying this black beverage.

This open-air coffee shop is called Cek Am Kupi. There are no special amenities. Everything looks ordinary, like most other coffee shops in Aceh. Cek Am Kupi is located on Jalan Banda Aceh - Medan, Meunasah Mesjid Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. However, this coffee shop is quite busy, especially at night, with most of its customers being teenagers and young adults. Many other groups also come to relax while enjoying coffee and the various foods available at Cek Am Kupi.

The appearance of Cek Am Coffee Shop is quite simple and open, with old-fashioned coffee shop-style amenities. I've stopped by this coffee shop several times, but the black coffee is quite to my liking. Of course, I couldn't miss capturing the relaxed atmosphere. In addition to black coffee, this coffee shop also offers a variety of refreshing drinks such as sanger coffee, espresso, sweet tea, hot tea, teh tarik (pulled tea), and various other sachet drinks. The coffee shop also offers Acehnese noodles and egg martabak. In front of the shop, there's also a rack selling rice and vegetables, various fried rice dishes, and grilled chicken.

The prices for various drinks and food at Cek Am Kupi are generally similar to other coffee shops. A cup of black Kopi Pancung costs IDR 5,000, equivalent to 5.39 Steem. Sanger Pancung costs IDR 6,000, equivalent to 6.47 Steem. Other beverage prices are standard, as are most other coffee shops. Main dishes like Acehnese noodles and egg martabak are available from mid-afternoon to late evening. Prices are also standard, ranging from IDR 10,000 to IDR 15,000, equivalent to 10.79 Steem to 16.18 Steem, according to my recent check.

In terms of facilities, there are adequate tables and chairs, along with other supporting facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, a television, and a restroom. Cek Am Kupi offers fans to keep customers comfortable and cool. Parking for two-wheeled vehicles is adequate for a simple coffee shop, as it has ample space. Parking for four-wheeled vehicles is a bit uncomfortable due to the limited space. In my personal opinion, the service at the Cek Am Kupi coffee shop is very good and satisfying.
