RE: SC-S29|Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 6: The Final Reveal
Thank you for your participation in SC-S29 | Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 6: The Final Reveal.
Here is the evaluation of @mahadisalim – “SC-S29|Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 6: The Final Reveal”, following the official Week 6 rubric.
Evaluation Summary (Week 6)
| Criteria | Score | Comments |
|---|---|---|
| 1. SteemAtlas Pin & description (city/country + place type + “final treasure” logic) | 1.9 / 2.0 | Excellent location presentation: Buriganga Walkways, Dhaka, Bangladesh with SteemAtlas pin, place context, why it is meaningful (near your home, you come when sad, sunset/peace). Very close to full marks—just make the place category explicitly one of the official Week 6 categories (e.g., Sea / water / beach or Viewpoint / panorama depending on your framing). |
| 2. Creativity + fairness of the Mystery Coordinate puzzle (category + N/C/S + acrostic) | 0.8 / 2.0 | This is the main weak point. You include a “Quiz” section, but the required puzzle structure is not clearly provided: A) category is written as questions, B) North/Center/South clues are not clearly stated, and C) acrostic (6–10 lines forming a hidden word) is missing. The “launch description” is interesting, but it doesn’t function as a solvable worldwide puzzle in the official format. |
| 3. Speem.watch proof video (20–60s, clear proof + final reveal line + reason) | 2.2 / 2.5 | Proof video is included via IPFS/Speem and matches the place (launch passing + walkway scene). To get full points: ensure the clip is 20–60 seconds and include a direct spoken line: “This is my final reveal for Geo-Quest Mystery.” plus one short reason (sunset/peace/kite memory). |
| 4. Storytelling quality (final chapter feel + connects Week 1→5) | 2.2 / 2.5 | Good season connection: you reference participating Weeks 1–5 and what you learned, plus personal memory (returning to university, archaeology, puzzles). To score higher: make one tighter concluding paragraph that clearly states how Week 1–5 skills (origin/sound/color/history/route) merge in this final spot (river, breeze, sunset, community). |
| 5. Engagement (solve others + thoughtful comments) | 0.8 / 1.0 | Engagement is indicated and you interact in comments. For full marks: add clear evidence in the post (2 @mentions + comment links) of solving at least two Week 6 mystery puzzles. |
Final Score: 7.9 / 10
General Comment
A strong and authentic final location with a good SteemAtlas pin, real photos, and a meaningful personal reason (peace, sunset, close to home). The biggest missing requirement is the Week 6 “Mystery Coordinate” puzzle format, you need a clear Category + North/Center/South code + a real acrostic word. Once that section is written in the official structure, this entry becomes much more competitive.
