The Diary Game: [13-05-2026) A Stressful Day That Ended With Coconut Rice

Hello my steemit audience, here is your best girl Esther Umoh a newcomer on the platform. My apologies for not updating you guys so far about my daily activities, this few days has been so hectic for me but the lord is my strength Amen. Back to my today's activities, I woke up this morning though a bit late but eager to do something so I brought out all the dirty dishes on the house and started washing them so I remembered I had some laundry I needed to do since it has been raining for some days now but I look as if sun was going to shine this morning so when I saw that I decided to proceed on doing my laundry after I was done washing the dirty dishes.

Then I began doing the laundry while I was still thanking God for giving us sun today all of a sudden my neighbor also brought out a huge some of dirty clothes to also do her laundry since there have been no sun for some days so everyone was trying to be the first to spread their clothes so one won't occupy the space alone. I quickly began washing because her clothes where too much if time was not taken I would have end up not having where to also spread my clothes, I make sure I was fast enough so I can get a good place for sun to touch my clothes. So the competition went on and on before you knew I actually won, I was done doing my laundry and also got a nice place to spread my clothes.

I didn't have anything in mind to prepare for breakfast but I know I needed to take something for breakfast so I decided to stroll down to the market, almost closed to the market I saw where they were selling coconut so I went to buy though that wasn't what I had in mind to prepare but it been a while since I ate home prepared coconut rice, I end up purchasing two coconut then branch a shop close to us and get the rest of the Items I needed, after that I headed back home.

Though I didn't start preparing the meal immediately after breaking the coconut I was already exhausted so I decided to take something light first since I was the only one at home everyone has left for school and work after the taking my breakfast this morning I lay down to sleep when I got up it was already late around pass 3pm when everyone was already back so I got up and started preparing the coconut rice, trust me everyone was hungry but before you it the food was ready after everybody in the house had shouted at me for being lazy I felt like crying my eyes out cause I am now really use to school soft life.
