Swapnopuri Park is a popular entertainment and picnic spot. Inside this park, there is a special museum called “Strange Museum of the Ancient Era.” The park is located in Dinajpur district, under Rangpur division, at Nawabganj Upazila, Aftabganj area, Khalipara. The museum remains open as long as the park stays open usually from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Inside the museum, different ancient-era setups are created in an artistic way so visitors can experience how ancient humans lived. To enter this museum, the ticket price is 30 BDT per person. Only cash payment is accepted because the park authority has not introduced mobile banking or card payment yet. They prefer cash to avoid any future issues.

The museum displays many structures based on ancient human life. Most of the things shown here are what we used to read in our childhood books how ancient humans lived, how they made fire by rubbing stones, how they hunted animals, and how they made clothes using bark and animal skin. Everything is presented nicely so visitors can learn about ancient human history.

Many beautiful structures and artworks have been created around the museum to attract visitors. The more tickets they sell, the more profit the park gets so they try to keep the place attractive and well-decorated.

I really enjoyed visiting the Strange Museum of the Ancient Era. The entire museum is based on ancient human culture, and there is so much to learn here. How they hunted animals, how they made fire, how they lived everything is presented in an interesting way. It clearly shows the difference between ancient humans and modern humans. Overall, it was a great experience for me.
