I recommend checking the station windows to find stations overloaded with resources.
For example, coal has accumulated to 1,544 tons, and two trucks can’t manage to transport it all. The mine’s output is 135, and the truck’s capacity is 28. Of course, you should also consider the distance, but at the very least, you need 5 trucks, not two.
135 ÷ 28 = 4.8
You should also build not just one station but 2–3, so that trucks don’t pile up in a queue. Build them right next to each other, or hold CTRL while building so that it counts as a single unified station.
